Sometimes the problem is not from your end, perhaps your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has problems in your Domain Name Server (DNS), to change to Custom DNS by Google(8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS. For this, go to Settings->WI-FI-> [your active WI-FI connection]. Now change the DNS number with 8.8.8.8(Google DNS).

  • Reset the router.


It is often the fault of your router, so try to reset it, it is perhaps not for the communication via 2.4 Ghz frequency, because today 5 Ghz frequency is of new router.

  • Reset your i-device.


Finally, if none of the above remedies solves your problem then simply reset your iPad, reset all settings to the default value. But take a backup copy of your device through iTunes before this step.
